1. RESPECT AND COEXISTENCE
- Treat all residents with respect and courtesy.
- Avoid excessive noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Activities that may disturb other residents are not allowed.
- A tolerant and respectful attitude is expected at all times.
2. CLEANLINESS AND ORDER
- Each resident is responsible for cleaning and maintaining order in their room.
- Common areas must be kept clean after use. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room should be left in optimal condition for the next user.
- Leaving trash in common spaces is prohibited. It must be disposed of in the designated containers.
- If sharing a bathroom, each resident must clean it after use.
3. VISITS AND GUESTS
- Visits are allowed from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Any overnight stay must be notified and approved in advance.
- Visitors must respect the house rules and are the responsibility of the hosting resident.
- Accommodating unauthorized persons in the coliving space is not permitted without prior approval from management.
4. USE OF COMMON AREAS
- Residents may use common areas without time restrictions, as long as they respect others' rest.
- Reserving or blocking common spaces for exclusive use is not allowed.
- The kitchen must be used in an organized manner, and all utensils must be washed immediately after use.
